Two Bridges Club Triple Event Guide 2019
* To offer the joy of movement for everyone – irrespective of age or athletic form;

01.09.2019 Jüri Jaanson’s Two Bridges Race, distance 10 km (place: Pärnu city, in front of Endla Theatre)
27.10.2019 Pärnu Beach Race, distance 10 km (place: Pärnu Beach Stadium)
An electronic timekeeping chip is attached to the back side of the bib. Please check it before the start! The number must be worn on chest and be visible throughout the whole race. Only the contestants with the personal start number are allowed to participate. Please do not fold the number nor remove the chip. The chip deactivates automatically after finishing the race; no need to return it. Please do not cover the bib with your hand while finishing (e.g. for stopping running watch), otherwise the time might not get fixed.

6. Registration and Entry Fees
It is possible to registrate to the Triple Event at once or separately for every race. Triple Event registration is available until 28.02.2019. However, results for the three events will be summarized for everyone who has completed all the races no matter of the registration option.

6.1.1. Pre-registration on the website www.2silda.ee until 28.02.2019 at 23.59.
6.1.2. Pre-registration in the information centre in Pärnu Keskus until 28.02.2019 at 18.00

All prices include VAT 20%. Entry fee is not refunded in case of cancellation.
8. Entry fee includes (all events):
* race number (bib)
* a chip (for timed distances only)
* a medal
* an electronic diploma with the personal time and place / participation diploma for non-timed distance;
* a sports drink;
* a meal;
* washing facilities;
* service on track;
* first aid;
* luggage storage;
* special offers from the sponsors.
8.1. Entry fee of Jüri Jaanson’s Two Bridges Race additionally includes a running shirt with Jüri Jaanson’s autograph for top 100 runners;
8.2. Special designed medal for finishers of the triple event.
Re-registration is free of cost until February 28th, 2019, after that there is no re-registration. Upward price difference has to be covered by the participant, contrariwise there is no refund.
10. (Nordic) Walking
There is a possibility to choose between timed and non-timed distance. For the timed distance the time is registered based on the chip on bib. Contestants on non-timed distance start after the contestants on timed distance.
11. Giving out start materials
11.1. Rannametsa Dune Race:
11.1.1. Race center in Pärnu Keskus 20.04.2019 at 10.00-16.00
11.1.2. On the race day on site at 9.00-12.45
11.2. Jüri Jaanson’s Two Bridges Race:
11.2.1. Race center in Pärnu Keskus: 29-30.08.2019 at 12.00-20.00
11.2.2. Race center in Endla Theatre 31.08.2019 at 16.00-21.00 & on the race day 10.00-11.45.
11.3. Pärnu Beach Race:
11.3.1. Race center in Pärnu Keskus 26.10.2019 at 10.00-16.00
11.3.2. On the race day on site at 10.00-12.45
Collected results of the Triple Event will be taken from the finish protocols of each event and summed up. There will be no collected results for (Nordic) walkers. The non-official results will be added to the information board as the race progresses and will be published on the website of the Two Bridges Club not later than on October 27th at 18.00. The final results confirmed by the judges will be published on the Organizers website www.2silda.ee not later than November 4th at 17.00. 13. Award ceremony
Award ceremony will take place on October 27th at Pärnu Beach Race, top three of each age category will be rewarded. Raffle prizes for runners and walkers. Among participants who have taken part in all events (race/walking) grand prize of the triple event will be drawn.
The organizer has the right to use and publish all the photos and videos made by the organizer for marketing purposes.
All appeals against results, violations etc. must be filed in 2 hours after the finish of the certain event has been closed. Appeal fee is 50 EUR which is refunded only if the appeal is satisfied. Appeals are handled by the jury that consists of the chief organizer, the head referee, and the head of secretariat. Other unforeseen cases are resolved by the Organizing Committee. Organisers reserve the right to change the terms listed in the guide, if the situation requires it.
16.1. Each participant is responsible for her/his health condition. Children under 10 years of age are allowed to participate on parental permission.
16.2. To participate in triple event one can register to the events both separately and all at once.
16.3. Please follow the reminder for the participants that will be published on the website www.2silda.ee latest two weeks before of a certain event.

17. Rights of the organizer
17.1. The organizer has the rights to disqualify the participant in case he/she doesn’t follow the regulations of the event, disturbs other participants or prevents the event in any other way.
17.2. All protocols of the events organized by Two Bridges Sports Club are public documents. Start protocols will be published on the website of the Organizer and timekeeping service provider. Finishing protocols will be published on the website of the Organizer, timekeeping service provider and protocols of running distances in the newspaper Pärnu Postimees. The organizer is only responsible for the information on its official channels (webpage, Facebook, YouTube).
17.3. The organizer has the right to send to all registered participants a reminder before the event and, after the event, the follow-up letter with the feedback questionnaire. Corresponding newsletters are sent to the e-mail entered by the participant to the registration form. Unsubscribing is not possible.
17.4. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose for which you have entrusted these data to us. Furthermore, no personal data will be passed on to third parties.
17.5. Force Majeure (FM) – force of nature and other reasons beyond the control of the organizers may cause changes in the program. If the race is cancelled due to FM, the registration fee is not refunded!
17.6. By registering and paying the registration fee, the participant agrees with the terms in this guide and confirms good health.
