\"V\u00f5idup\u00fchaIn less than a month P\u00e4rnu County Victory Day Marathon<\/a> takes place and pre-registration is in full swing. This year’s marathon will take participants to the scenic trails and bring along a popular e-marathon.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The event that is held for the eight time on June 22nd<\/sup> <\/span><\/strong>gives the opportunity to complete a unique track, taking the participants along important historical monuments and introducing the beautiful nature of P\u00e4rnu County. In addition to marathon also half marathon<\/strong>, children\u2019s race<\/strong>, and e-marathon<\/strong> will take place.<\/span><\/p>\n

All participants of the marathon and half marathon receive a sports shirt<\/strong><\/a> from Craft and a medal<\/a>,<\/strong> both with a unique design. There are 12 service points on the marathon track and 6 on the half marathon track where energy rich snacks and drinks are served. Traditionally, there is a lot of blue-black-white on the track and numerous amounts of cheering people.<\/span><\/p>\n

Complete e-marathon at favourable place and time<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Last year virtual race<\/strong><\/a> was organised for the ones who had no possibility to come to P\u00e4rnu but still wished to get part of the jubilee run. Since the event was popular, it has been included in the programme even this year.<\/span><\/p>\n

One can start at favourable place and time between June 21st<\/sup><\/span> and 27th<\/sup><\/span> all over the world. Once the distance has been completed the log of the sports watch\/activity monitor or mobile app or snap of the treadmill screen must be emailed to the organizer. Treadmill running and (Nordic) walking are also approved ways to complete the distance. Participants will be added to the finish protocol and each participant will receive an electronic diploma and a medal with a special design (medal will be sent by post).<\/span><\/p>\n

Each participant of the e-marathon will donate 3\u20ac from registration fee to runner Karl M\u00e4e and his strive for European Championships in 2020 (3000 meters steeplechase).<\/span><\/p>\n
