Pärnu County Victory Day e-marathon guide 2020

1. Objectives
* To promote sportive lifestyle among different generations;
* To offer the opportunity of being active at favourable place and time, concurrently getting part of Pärnu County Victory Day marathon.

2. Organizer
NGO Pärnu Two Bridges Club in cooperation with Pärnu County Sports Association and sponsors.

3. Time and date
June 18th, 2020 at 00.00 until June 24th, 2020 at 23.59.

4. Place
At favourable place and time all over the world.

5. Distances
Marathon 42,195 km
Half marathon 21,097 km

NB! One can both run or (Nordic) walk (also on a treadmill) to complete the distance.

6. Results
The result of the completed distance must be sent via www.2silda.ee latest on July 1st 2020. Participant’s name and result of the distance will be published in a temporal order in the finish protocol on the website. No ranking.

7. Registration and re-registration
Pre-registration on the website www.2silda.ee until 23.06.2020 at 23.59.
Re-registration is available only until 23.06.2020 at 23.59. and is free of cost.

8.Entry fee

Marathon and half-marathon 01.12.2019-23.06.2020
Price 12 EUR

All prices include VAT 20%. Entry fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation the registration.

9. Entry fee includes

  • An electronic diploma with participant’s name and time;
  • Result displayed in the finish protocol;
  • A medal with insignia Pärnu County Victory Day Marathon;
  • Raffle prizes;
  • Charity donation in amount of 3€

The medal will be sent to the address provided on the registration form at the expense of the organizer 10 days after the event.

10. Electronic diploma
Diploma will be published next to the participant’s name in the finish protocol latest on July 10th at 17.00.

11. General
Each participant is responsible for her/his health condition.

12. Rights of the organizer
12.1 All protocols of the events organized by Two Bridges Sports Club are public documents. Start and finish protocols will be published on the website of the Organizer. The organizer is only responsible for the information on its official channels (webpage, Facebook, YouTube).
12.2 The organizer has the right to send to all registered participants a reminder before the event and a follow-up letter with the feedback questionnaire after the event. Corresponding newsletters are sent to the email entered to the registration form. Unsubscribing is not possible.
12.3 Your personal data will only be used for the purpose for which you have entrusted these data to us. Furthermore, no personal data will be passed on to third parties.
12.4 Force Majeure (FM) – force of nature and other reasons beyond the control of the organizers may cause changes in the program. If the race is cancelled due to FM, the registration fee is not refunded!
12.5 By registering and paying the registration fee, the participant agrees with the terms in this guide and confirms good health.
